Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided. A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop off the package at any authorized UPS location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 10-14 business days.
